Searching Solutions: Keywords are just the beginning

Databases are widely used by enterprises in order to strategize, plan and standardize practices. They are primarily employed to boost efficiency in the company. By reducing costs, databases help in promoting the effectiveness within an organization. However, to get the maximum out of these databases so that they deliver only relevant results to a query, keywords are a great help.

But, indexing the database would be much more beneficial as it can fetch answers to queries quickly and more accurately as no matter what is the keyword used by an author there will be a heading for each topic. So, if the query is asked by an user who is unfamiliar with the keywords, the database will deliver accurate results.
