Tram Venkatraman is an engineer from REC Trichy, has close to 30 years of extensive experience in the engineering, IT and services industries. He worked in companies such as Allsec Technologies and TCS BPO, also has a rich experience in managing and growing BPO/KPO businesses. Tram worked for 5 years with TCS and in his last assignment with TCS he was their Head of Strategic Initiatives and KPO Services. Prior to this, he was Head of Operations at TCS BPO wherein he also successfully managed a large M & A integration.

At Allsec Technologies, where he worked for five years prior to TCS, he was part of the start-up management team and played the role of a leader for Sales, Marketing & Biz Development. Tram has also worked in reputed organizations such as Crompton Greaves, Macneill & Magor, Fenner, Advani Oerliken and Emerson Electric. In the BPO/KPO industry, Tram is well recognized as a visionary with leadership skills in both delivery and business development.

In June, 2008 Frank Stumpf was appointed Board Advisor to Scope eKnowledge Center. In this senior advisory role, Stumpf assists Scope in architecting integrated knowledge solutions and forging relationships with key STM publishers.

Frank Stumpf is widely known in the professional publishing global marketplace and has spoken numerous times at various publishing trade events, including those of the AAP/PSP, SSP, STM Group and CSE. He is the former President, Publishing for SPi, a leading full-service BPO provider. He was the principal architect of the vision and strategy for dramatic growth in the publishing vertical of SPi from 1998 to 2007, as well as being responsible for its execution to meet the needs of more than 40 customers. Prior to SPi, Stumpf spent nine years in senior executive roles with Cadmus Communications, working with many of the world's leading STM publishers.

Jabin White is Vice President, STM Sales for Scope eKnowledge Center. In this role, White is responsible for representing Scope's services to all North American content providers within the STM space.

With a heavy background in XML theory and practice, White has spent most of his career evangelizing the benefits of markup languages and related technologies, including content management, workflow enhancements, and authoring tools.

Before joining Scope, White spent three years as Vice President of Product Development at Silverchair, Inc., a leading developer of information solutions for health care publishers.

Prior to Silverchair, White spent five years as Executive Director of Electronic Production at Elsevier, serving the Health Sciences Division. His group performed the production work for such products as MD Consult, Mosby's Drug Consult, and The Official ABMS Directory of Board Certified Medical Specialists.

White started in health sciences publishing as an editorial assistant, and learned SGML at Mosby in the mid-90's, working on the drug reference Physicians GenRx. He held electronic publishing positions at Mosby, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, and Unbound Medicine before joining Elsevier. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in history and has a Masters in Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University.

Ben Friedman is Vice President-Sales at Scope, overseeing the sales of Intellectual Property & Research Services in the US market. Ben is a Masters in Public Law from Harvard University with over 23 years of experience mainly in business development and sales. In his last assignment, he was Vice-President-Business Development at Credence Corp., a Florida based E-Discovery Service Provider. He has earlier worked in companies such as LexisNexis, Westlaw and American Legal Media. He has also worked in Israel for five years in a business development role for a technology solutions company. Ben is based in Florida.

Krishnan Srinivasan is Scope's Vice-President-Business Development. He will oversee all sales and business development activities across all lines of business of Scope in the UK and Europe. Krish has over 26 years of sales and marketing experience mainly in MNCs and start-up ventures across diverse sectors such as Office Automation, Retail, Healthcare , IT & BPO/KPO services. In his last assignment, he was Associate Vice President, leading strategic alliances and relationships for certain key global BPO accounts at Tata Consultancy Services. He was instrumental in setting up TCS BPO'S first delivery center in North America.

Elizabeth Donohue, Associate Vice President-Content Consulting is responsible for business development of Scope’s Content Enhancement and Knowledge Services and Data Services in the US. She oversees sales, manages customer accounts and also works closely with the management and delivery teams in Chennai.

In her previous assignment, Betsy was Director, Publisher Relations with Swets where she was responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to publisher partners in North America. Prior to this, she was Marketing Director at Dorland Healthcare Information. She has also worked with Springer, ECRI and Mealey Publications.

M.A. Eswaran, Senior Vice President, heads the Content Enhancement & Knowledge Services - Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) Division in Scope. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from one of India's leading Universities, Eswaran has over 19 yrs of experience in the knowledge industry encompassing database management, market research, consultancy and IT. He reports to the Chief Operating Officer. He has been actively involved in setting up and building the STM Division at Scope. In charge of project management for all STM related assignments, he also assists in business development and new business/ technological initiatives at Scope. He was also earlier associated with a large number of market research and content related assignments at Scope.

D.K. Ram, Assistant Vice President, presently heads the operations of the Intellectual Property & Research (IPR) Division at Scope. A mechanical engineer with an MBA from a reputed university in India, Ram has over 10 years experience in the knowledge services industry specifically in the area of research and analytics. His key roles and responsibilities include conceptualization and design of research deliverables, formulating, directing and implementing effective strategies, both operational and business development, for the division in alignment with Scope's business objectives. He also plays a key role in various strategic initiatives at an enterprise level. He reports to the COO.

Since 2000, when he was among the first team members of the newly formed content division, Ram has also been associated with various content and secondary research related deliverables, syndicated offerings developed by Scope.

Joseph Ranjan, General Manager, heads the Data Services/ Master Data Management Services Division at Scope. A post graduate in Political Science with a Diploma in Management, Joe has over 15 yrs of experience in market research, database development and special project implementation. His prime responsibilities include execution of process driven assignments involving large amounts of business and commercial data and assisting in Business Development activities related to his Division. He is also a certified Master Data Quality Manager.

R. Prem is the Finance Manager and Company Secretary. A qualified chartered accountant and company secretary, he has over 12 years of experience in project financing, accounts, internal audit and secretarial matters. He is responsible for finance, accounting and corporate law matters.

L.V. Ravi Sankar, General Manager - HR, Training & Administration has over 24 yrs of experience in human resource management and industrial relations. He is a graduate in Physics and a post graduate in Social Work; he also holds a diploma in Labour Laws.

At Scope, he oversees all recruitment, training, man power deployment and employee retention related aspects. He is also in charge of all general administration functions.

P.B. Mohan, General Manager - Quality and ISMS has over 20 yrs of experience in Quality, Compliance, Productivity and Process Improvement in the BPO, ITES and Manufacturing sectors. He is a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and an M.Tech in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and Mumbai. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for the QMS (ISO 9001:2000), ISMS (ISO 27001:2005), EMS (ISO 14001:2005) standards and also a Six Sigma Green Belt and CISA.

He oversees the Quality function at Scope and manages a team of independent Quality auditors who quality check all projects that are delivered to clients. He also ensures compliance with Quality and Information Security certifications.

S.I. Syed Zaveeth Nazeem, Assistant General Manager - Systems, heads the IT division at Scope. Holding a B.E. in Electronics and Communications from one of India's leading University, Nazeem has more than 15 years of experience in IT. He oversees Systems, Software, Network and Security. Responsible for fulfilling the SLAs with internal customers, he is also in charge of the Software development and testing functions.

V. Mahesh Melwani is General Manager- Finance. He heads the Finance function and oversees all finance and accounting related activities. In his last assignment, he was Manager-Finance at RR Donnelley India Outsource Pvt Ltd. He has 13 years of experiences in accounting, audit and finance.He is a B.Com graduate from Madras University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant and Graduate member of Costs and Works Accountants of India.

Raju, Associate Vice President, Business Technology Solutions, is a Physics graduate with more than 15 years of experience in IT and BPO services, and a strong appetite for process improvement and building products. He started his IT career as an entrepreneur, building HR management systems, travel management and spares management products before his concern got acquired by the Allsec group. During his corporate IT/BPO career, Raju has worked in reputed BPO companies such as TCS BPO, Allsec Technologies and Polaris. In Allsec Technologies, he worked as the head of IT for four years and implemented many call logging applications and the "PREDICTIVE DIALER." Throughout his career, Raju has conceptualized and designed many products including Foxpro to Visual Basic converter and Business Process Management (BPM) platform in various companies. Raju worked with TCS BPO for six years, heading the process automation team with responsibilities for conceptualizing and designing workflows and process automation across different domains. In his last assignment at TCS, Raju was in charge of implementing Productivity Improvement and Transformation projects for a major banking industry customer. Raju also worked as part of the Citi M&A and integration team at TCS.
