In June, 2008 Frank Stumpf was appointed Board Advisor to Scope eKnowledge Center. In this senior advisory role, Stumpf assists Scope in architecting integrated knowledge solutions and forging relationships with key STM publishers.

Frank Stumpf is widely known in the professional publishing global marketplace and has spoken numerous times at various publishing trade events, including those of the AAP/PSP, SSP, STM Group and CSE. He is the former President, Publishing for SPi, a leading full-service BPO provider. He was the principal architect of the vision and strategy for dramatic growth in the publishing vertical of SPi from 1998 to 2007, as well as being responsible for its execution to meet the needs of more than 40 customers. Prior to SPi, Stumpf spent nine years in senior executive roles with Cadmus Communications, working with many of the world's leading STM publishers.

Jabin White is Vice President, STM Sales for Scope eKnowledge Center. In this role, White is responsible for representing Scope's services to all North American content providers within the STM space.

With a heavy background in XML theory and practice, White has spent most of his career evangelizing the benefits of markup languages and related technologies, including content management, workflow enhancements, and authoring tools.

Before joining Scope, White spent three years as Vice President of Product Development at Silverchair, Inc., a leading developer of information solutions for health care publishers.

Prior to Silverchair, White spent five years as Executive Director of Electronic Production at Elsevier, serving the Health Sciences Division. His group performed the production work for such products as MD Consult, Mosby's Drug Consult, and The Official ABMS Directory of Board Certified Medical Specialists.

White started in health sciences publishing as an editorial assistant, and learned SGML at Mosby in the mid-90's, working on the drug reference Physicians GenRx. He held electronic publishing positions at Mosby, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, and Unbound Medicine before joining Elsevier. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in history and has a Masters in Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University.

Hector Bolanos is in charge of driving Scope eKnowledge's business forward in the UK and increasingly in the rest of Europe, in three support areas: intellectual property & research support, content development and master data management services. Hector has successfully converted several FTSE 100 corporates, leading publishers and multinational organizations into clients. Prior to joining Scope, Hector was the Managing Director at Environmental Business Intelligence and Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Rural Development at the Ministry of Agriculture in Mexico.

M.A. Eswaran, Vice President, heads the Content Enhancement & Knowledge Services - Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) Division in Scope. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from one of India's leading Universities, Eswaran has over 19 yrs of experience in the knowledge industry encompassing database management, market research, consultancy and IT. He reports to the Chief Operating Officer. He has been actively involved in setting up and building the STM Division at Scope. In charge of project management for all STM related assignments, he also assists in business development and new business/ technological initiatives at Scope. He was also earlier associated with a large number of market research and content related assignments at Scope.

D.K. Ram, General Manager, presently heads the operations of the Intellectual Property & Research (IPR) Division at Scope. A mechanical engineer with an MBA from a reputed university in India, Ram has over 10 years experience in the knowledge services industry specifically in the area of research and analytics. His key roles and responsibilities include conceptualization and design of research deliverables, formulating, directing and implementing effective strategies, both operational and business development, for the division in alignment with Scope's business objectives. He also plays a key role in various strategic initiatives at an enterprise level. He reports to the COO.

Since 2000, when he was among the first team members of the newly formed content division, Ram has also been associated with various content and secondary research related deliverables, syndicated offerings developed by Scope.

Joseph Ranjan, Assistant General Manager, heads the Data Services/ Master Data Management Services Division at Scope. A post graduate in Political Science with a Diploma in Management, Joe has over 15 yrs of experience in market research, database development and special project implementation. His prime responsibilities include execution of process driven assignments involving large amounts of business and commercial data and assisting in Business Development activities related to his Division. He is also a certified Master Data Quality Manager.

R. Prem is the Finance Manager and Company Secretary. A qualified chartered accountant and company secretary, he has over 12 years of experience in project financing, accounts, internal audit and secretarial matters. He is responsible for finance, accounting and corporate law matters.

L.V. Ravi Sankar, Sr. Manager-Personnel & Administration has over 24 yrs of experience in human resource management and industrial relations. He is a graduate in Physics and a post graduate in Social Work; he also holds a diploma in Labour Laws.

At Scope, he oversees all recruitment, training, man power deployment and employee retention related aspects. He is also in charge of all general administration functions.

P.B. Mohan, General Manager - Quality and ISMS has over 20 yrs of experience in Quality, Compliance, Productivity and Process Improvement in the BPO, ITES and Manufacturing sectors. He is a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and an M.Tech in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and Mumbai. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for the QMS (ISO 9001:2000), ISMS (ISO 27001:2005), EMS (ISO 14001:2005) standards and also a Six Sigma Green Belt and CISA.

He oversees the Quality function at Scope and manages a team of independent Quality auditors who quality check all projects that are delivered to clients. He also ensures compliance with Quality and Information Security certifications.
