Raman Roy is widely regarded as the pioneer and "Guru" of the Indian BPO industry. He has successfully led the captive BPO initiatives of:

• American Express - as the business leader for American Express's BPO business in India
• GE Capital - as CEO of GE Capital International Services (GECIS)
• Spectramind (now Wipro BPO) - he founded the venture-funded Spectramind, with an enviable leadership team and a proven track record. It was acquired by Wipro in July 2002.

Raman remained as Chairman and Managing Director of Wipro Spectramind until June 2005, growing the company to become the largest provider of third party BPO shared services from India, with nearly 16,000 employees. As a tribute to his contribution to the BPO industry, he was awarded the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award in 2002 for directly creating 35,000+ jobs in India and indirectly enabling the employment of 350,000 people by creating the BPO industry.

A co-founder of Scope, Sivadas is a Postgraduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. With over 26 years of post-qualification experience, he is in charge of The Content Enhancement & Knowledge Services and Patent Search Analytics / Business Research lines of businesses worldwide and oversees the Finance, Corporate and Legal functions in Scope. He has coordinated and executed research & consulting assignments for multinational, public and private sector organizations across verticals. He currently holds the position of Vice President of The International Council for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI), Paris. He was previously CEO of e-Chem.com Ltd. (a Sify group company), and was earlier with the UB Group, India's largest liquor group, and Escorts. Was also a visiting professor at the Academy of Management Excellence (ACME), British Open University Executive MBA programme, the MBA program of Bharatiyar University, Coimbatore & at the Indian Institute of Management, Calicut.

A co-founder of Scope, Chandu is a Postgraduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a Member of the IT & BPO Panel of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has over 26 years of experience in industry consultancy, business information and media. Currently, Chandu is in charge of Master Data Management & Data Services Lines of businesses worldwide and oversees the Quality and Systems functions in Scope. He has consulted with corporates, e-business, content and information intermediaries, banks and financial institutions as well as with non-profit organizations. He was previously a correspondent for 'Business World', India's largest circulated business magazine, and Area Manager for Asian Paints (I) Ltd., India's largest paint company.

A postgraduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Vijayalakshmi (Viji) has almost 27 years of experience in Knowledge Management and consulting. She is in charge of all project execution and oversees the Human Resource Function in Scope. She has consulted with several leading public and private organizations in the engineering, health care, supply chain & logistics and IT domains. She has worked in the Marketing & Corporate Planning functions for TI Cycles of India, a part of the Murugappa Group, S.B.Billimoria & Co. (now Ernst & Young India) and was formerly Executive Assistant to Chairman and part of the core turnover strategy team at Steel Authority of India Ltd., India's largest and one of the world's leading steel companies.

Tram Venkatraman is an engineer from NIT Trichy, has close to 30 years of extensive experience in the engineering, IT and services industries. He worked in companies such as Allsec Technologies and TCS BPO, also has a rich experience in managing and growing BPO/KPO businesses. Tram worked for 5 years with TCS and in his last assignment with TCS he was their Head of Strategic Initiatives and KPO Services. Prior to this, he was Head of Operations at TCS BPO wherein he also successfully managed a large M & A integration.

At Allsec Technologies, where he worked for five years prior to TCS, he was part of the start-up management team and played the role of a leader for Sales, Marketing & Biz Development. Tram has also worked in reputed organizations such as Crompton Greaves, Macneill & Magor, Fenner, Advani Oerliken and Emerson Electric. In the BPO/KPO industry, Tram is well recognized as a visionary with leadership skills in both delivery and business development.

Balki is a highly experienced Finance professional with expertise and exposure in all facets of Finance over multiple industries. He has over 25 years of experience.

Prior to joining Quatrro, Balki was CFO of the Global IT Business of Wipro and additionally the Corporate Controller and Head of Financial Planning & Control for the Wipro Corp. He has also been the CFO of Wipro Infotech and was with GE Medical Systems and Larsen & Toubro prior to joining Wipro.

Balki has a B.Com from Madras University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Srinivas is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience, having worked on BPO Transitions and Operations as well as in Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Quatrro, Srinivas was with Accenture where he played a key role in setting up the company's BPO operations in India. In his last role, Srini led Accenture's Insurance BPO business. He has also been associated with the Tata Group and Spectramind in earlier assignments. Srinivas has a B.Tech from Osmania University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Rakesh is a highly experienced professional with over 21 years of experience, having worked on all aspects of Project and Facility Management.

Prior to joining Quatrro, Rakesh was with Spectramind. Rakesh has also handled recruitment of people across levels as Vice President (Strategic Sourcing) at Spectramind. He played a key role in the company's rapid growth. He has also been associated with Oracle Software and Hughes Software Systems in his earlier assignments as a Head of their Pan India Operations.

Rakesh has a BA (Hons) from the University of Delhi and a PGDCS from the National Institute of Technology & Management.
