Accurate and updated spend data will enhance spend visibility in turn improving sourcing strategies and better compliance. Scope specializes in providing data cleansing services and assists in delivering an accurate master database. Our cleansing services include:

• De-duplication- We will manage data flowing from several locations and eliminate the duplicates and create a cleansed master database. Scope’s proprietary software can identify up to 90% of duplicate records. Complex duplicate records that are not detected by the software are eliminated by data analysts to ensure accurate reporting.

• Standardization- Scope will standardize company information, product information and UOM and deliver a structured database. This is done with judicious combination of human expertise and technology.
